2 years warranty. The dragee cauldron is a rotating drum for sugar-syrup coating, chocolate panning, and final polishing of nuts, dried fruit, candies, and coffee beans. Drum tilt, rpm, and airflow are matched to the centre and the target shell, and finished pieces gain noticeable mass with a uniform glossy or matte surface.
