2 years warranty. The candy cooking group cooks hard sugar, caramel, and soft confectionery masses, with three boiler types (JCU/CCU/VCU) covering 150–1000 kg/h. The boiler choice is matched to the mass and the throughput, because a caramel cook and a hard-candy cook have different heat and shear needs.
