A full-cycle shop for chocolate-coated candies with nut and fruit fillings: from preparing the filling to enrobing and cooling.
The client planned a shop for round chocolate-coated candies with a dense filling: pistachio, almond, cashew, macadamia, hazelnut, kataifi dough, candied fruit and dried berries. Each flavor is wrapped in its own color.
Kudret Makine supplied equipment for every stage of the process: preparing the filling and the chocolate, forming the candy bodies, enrobing and cooling. The machines stand in a single hall along the product flow and are linked by conveyors.
